about me

went to the billiard room to train billiard yesterday.

i'll be playing it for sports carnival next fri with my pathetic skills :( haha. it's not that i'm getting rusty.. but i'm really not good at it.. chi ki is good.. but i think most of the guys in billiard club are so bloody discriminating.. they don't believe chi ki can play better than them.. keep looking down on the girls. hmph!! so angry la.. heard them talking about her behind her back somemore. damn.

i screwed up my husting for dance exco... as expected. haha.. interview started at 6.. and my lessons ended at 2.15.. so i went to rot myself away in the library with xiao han.. did abit of work.. library was so noisy and crowded.. couldn't even find a decent table to study.. haiz. but by the time i left the library.. i was the only person left on the 2nd floor.. haha :)

interview started with 30 sec self-intro.. then nominees for the posts had to step out for Q&A. they asked us something like "what are the job scope of a secretary?" blah blah blah.. after i answered one of the questions.. the vice-president shot a simple yet difficult question at me.

"who is the current secretary?"

"that girl loh." i pointed at the secretary.

"yah whats her name?"

"i don't know."

she found it really absurd and she gave me a sharp and threatening stare.

"you are running for secretary and you don't know who the current secretary is??"

so i started to come up with lame excuses.

"because i'm very new and... ( some funny excuses and i don't know what i'm blabbering about )"

"and you didn't even take the initiative to find out??" she gave me an even more ridiculous look.

okay so that was when my magic word came into play.



"sorry."



i tried to give her the most apologetic look in the world :) and she nodded in acknowledgement.

i very much wanted to say "even if i didn't take the initiative to find out, did the exco take the initiative to introduce themselves to the newcomers in the first place?"

but since i read my horoscope this morning that i should not make unneccessary comments for today.. i decided to keep my mouth shut. haha but seriously i think i am best at criticising the exco for not doing certain things for dance.. but i cannot say much about what i can do for dance.. bleahz =p

for that moment i really wondered why i spent 4 hours waiting in the library just to create a bad impression of myself. i don't want to mention about the rest of the interview.. coz i just crapped my way through. haha.. they said it was compulsory for every dancer to run for husting but eventually only less than half of us turned up! i was supposed to run for chairperson too.. but decided not to firstly because i'm not a competent leader and secondly because i don't have the ability to handle heavy responsibilities. really don't want to get C E E O for my promos like my sister. haha :) anyway TJCians are really humble. so many dancers running for posts like treasurer and secretary but only TWO (minus me) of us are running for chairperson. haha.. they are not ambitious at all :)

okay i don't think i can get my secretary post but i just hope i can change their impression of me ( if it is really bad ) during the upcoming dance camp.. haha. i dare myself to kiss francis tong if i ever get the post! muahaha ^_^

anyway i drew up a conclusion about myself from this interview.

i can't speak to save my life :)


actually getting into dance exco doesnt matter to me at all. i'm happy being the president of s64 hokkien society.. hahaha hope it still exists? :)

two good shows for tomorrow. bball match and vjco concert ^_- all the best to the TJC bballers!! win hwa chong and break the 20 years record! ( sorry chi ki and kunfeng =P )
